Tom Oosting has been with the Stillwater Fire Department for over 23 years and serves as a Lieutenant.  He has been the Secretary of IAFF Local 2095, Stillwater Professional Firefighters Association, for over 16 years.  He is a member of the PFFO Budget committee.
